H-E-B Juriquilla — Attraction in Delegaciön Santa Rosa Jáuregui

I visited your store the first week it opened, and had a very pleasant experience; not so on tuesday september 24th. I arrived from San Miguel de Allende at approximately 2 p.m., shopping carts were scattered all over the parking lot, a moved a couple in order to park, not my job. I have a high standard, maybe that"s the problem; having worked in the grocery business for 36 yrs. and now retired. The bread aisle was gutted, not one loaf of bread, plenty of hamburger and hot dog buns, all due out on the 27th of september, knowing about ESL on bakery items, all this product has been sitting on the shelve for 3 weeks. Not one HEB cake mix, shelve empty, looked for pancake syrup..: not one bottle of pancake syrup, shelve gutted. Back in the day I would have had a serious conversation with that Store Director, Grocery Mgr. etc., etc. I know HEB runs a better operation than this. Also went to the Deli Dept to buy some deli meats, but left frustrated..( 15 customers waiting, one employee working and having a pleasant conversation with a customer, 3 other employees not really working, and four or five slicers...

I am from Texas and I love HEB but unfortunately today I had a very bad experience because the employees and their security guy were following me and watching me when I bought my groceries. I couldn't even choose between the bread because a lady from the bakery approached immediately when I opened one of the windows, she wanted to see what I was going to choose as if I wasn't going to pay for it! After a few minutes I got to another line and I was passing slowly so that I wouldn't forget anything, and when I turned back, I realized that another employee had been watching me the whole time!! It's gross that they behave like this!! Terrible customer service and they make their customers feel...

Es una tienda moderna pero cara. Cuando abrieron los precios eran muy competitivos, pero ya comenzaron a subirlos; la naranja estaba hace una semana en $12.90 kg y ahora está en $27 kg, la manzana Saltillo hace una semana estaba en $22 kg y ahora en $44 kg. La carne y pollo es muy buena y vale la pena pagar un poco mas, la salchichoneria y pescado caros , faltan marcas y productos, pero si buscas productos gourmet hay de todo y de todos precios. En Abarrotes en general los precios están en promedio y están subiendo, faltan marcas y productos. Si vas en fin de semana vete preparando para perder hasta una hora en cajas, el autocobro es buena idea pero hay que preparar a la clientela para usar esta modalidad ya que los productos a granel debes pesarlos y etiquetarlos antes y si no sabes el código de producto puedes cometer errores y autocobrarte un producto más caro, además de que "el supuesto tiempo que te ahorras" ya lo perdiste pesando y etiquetando. Si te caen gordas las cajeras este servicio es ideal para ti pero evita cometer errores en el marcaje ya que si te equivocaste tendrás que llamar a un supervisor para que te cancele el producto y obviamente es más perdida de tiempo, además de que la persona que te espera en la fila se te va a quedar viendo cómo looser que no sabés manejar las nuevas tecnologías.
