Playa Los Tules — Attraction in Jalisco

This beach is beautiful with a few rocky areas. There are lots of venders in this area so if you want peace this is not the best beach for you (try Los Camerones). There is not a lot of shade. Algo que no te dicen los hoteles al hospedarte en esta playa en específico es que sufre muchos avistamientos de caimanes, y en Abril del presente año (2022) hubo un reporte de un ataque a una pareja, entre otros incidentes menores que no se dan a conocer. Además, gran parte de la playa tiene piedras, muchas grandes, lo que te hace imposible caminar y nadar sin zapatos especiales, además de que si te arrastra a la orilla te raspas y cortas fácil y feo. La zona hotelera siempre tiene música fuerte y te hace imposible disfrutar, porque es una mezcla de la música de cada hotel y no se aprecia ninguna canción, solo ruido fuerte y sin sentido. Fuera de eso es una playa relativamente limpia, con buen clima y con oleaje tranquilo en la mayoría de las temporadas. No lo recomiendo para familias ni gente con mascotas, y definitivamente no apartes un hotel caro o todo incluído si es en esta playa, no...

Beautiful sunsets and water had a pleasant temperature when I visited in mid Jun of 2023. Waves were a bit strong at sunset time which was around 7:30 pm. at the time.
