MMAC Juan Soriano — Attraction in Morelos

Initially I was a bit disappointed because the main exhibition hall didn’t have much—you can see it all in 30 mins or less if you’re in a rush, but the entrance is free—so why complain. But then I took a walk though the garden. Bronze statues and greenery, I wish I had brought a dog-earned paperback and lunch to just sit and idle away. Adjacent to the garden there are a few more exhibition halls. Then there’s the “Cubo” which is an underground exhibition hall. Long story short, there is a lot more to see....

Es un lugar que le da un aire fresco a cuernavaca y sus museos, la galería de Juan Soriano tanto como por la belleza de sus cuadros como por la belleza misma de la galería lo caracterísa sobre otros museos por su elegancia e imagen salida de película. Su jardín es perfecto para pasear, comer o platicar con la pareja, cuenta con un estanque con flores de loto, pecesillos de colores, y estatuas diseñadas por el artista que le da nombre al museo. También cuenta Con exhibiciones de diferentes artistas invitados, y participa cada último miércoles de cada mes en la noche de museos donde se puede admirar el jardín y las estatuas en la noche. Y cuenta con una pequeña y nueva biblioteca donde suelen dar talleres gratuitos de narrativa y escritura. Las instalaciones son hermosas, nuevas y modernas.
