This place is appallingly disorganized. We live in the neighborhood and every time we have visited (at least 4-6times) it has always been an unmitigated disaster. There is zero effective communication and nothing on the spot. We would have been perfectly willing to pay an entry fee or even an annual membership but all we have ever gotten is a shrug. We loved the explanation from the astronomer for the viewing of the sun. They only let us see a tiny part of the sun with a telescope though, perhaps there are limitations we do not know about. Dome video was seriously outdated (2003) and had some pretty tacky music. We think overall it’s a noble place and something people should take advantage of....

Me encanta este lugar, tiene bastante actividad cultural, siempre hay conferencias o cursos o talleres donde puedes disfrutar con la familia y aprender cosas interesantes. El personal es muy amable y siempre tienen una buena recomendación para que pases un día muy agradable. Tienen actividades fijas como las proyecciones del domo, que si bien cambian mes con mes, ofrecen también talleres como robótica, ajedrez, cerámica, matemáticas y siempre están abriendo nuevas opciones. Las conferencias que ofrecen son de excelente calidad pues siempre traen a gente muy bien preparada, la mayoría son gratuitas y si tienes que pagar la verdad es que eso costo es muy accesible y eso te da gusto ya que puedes tener acceso a un basto conocimiento sin afectar tu economía. Tienen una sala de libros que puedes leer sin restricción y creanme que son simplemente maravillosos, la otra vez me encontré con un libro que llevaba años buscando y ahí estaba!
