CozuShuttle — Attraction in San Miguel de Cozumel

I made a reservation by both Facebook and email and never got a confirmation from them. When I showed up at the airport in the late afternoon on a Sat. they had plenty of vans and drivers. I was lucky in that I was the last one in the van so I didn't have to wait. Others had waited up to 15 minutes. I had more luck in that I was the first drop off.

DO NOT give them your money. When you ask, they say they have a shuttle coming “now” but reality hits when you purchase the ticket and step outside and see the line l. Today I waited 30 minutes before I gave up and switched to their competitor losing the $16 I paid. Their competitor charged me 10$ and we only waited 5 minutes inside the shuttle. I told them “hey there are 200 people outside. Do you have enough cars coming?” They started laughing at me as if I was exaggerating while in reality the line easily had 200 people if not...

Stay away. Take the other company. Their vans all left within five minutes. I was promised I would be leaving the airport within 10 minutes. It ended up over an hour. Also I was told that the shuttle was going directly northbound, but in reality ended up going in the opposite direction and dropping a bunch of people off in a completely different part of town. So I took another like half an hour for me to get to my hotel once I was on the shuttle. But the van was clean, modern and with AC so I guess that counts for...
