I believe this is called El Farro or the lighthouse looking at everyones pics and revieves.. We were able to take a local bus very close. A walk along the causeway to the island brings you to the base of the climb. These are the only washroom for $10 at the bottom. The walk is free but they like to charge $30 for the skywalk which in my opinion is a waste of time and money. The concrete trail on the 1st part is easy, the 2nd/top part is stairs and a little more work but easy enough. It take a ½ each way with stops for photos. Bring water, good shoes...
