Chose this spot because of photos on Expedia. Once here, was disappointed. The actual studio space was nice and as pictures however, the space is for "4" adults, we were given 2 towels and told that's what a studio gets so had to demand more towels. Pull out sofa with NO extra sheets for it and stained!! The unit has a kitchen but NO pots were supplied, no soap to clean dishes, no sponges, nothing needed to clean up behind ourselves. We also had 1 glass...had to convince staff to give us more. The worst was the pool area. The Expedia photos show brand new loungers and umbrellas, there are two old BROKEN loungers, no umbrellas, the lounge cushions are disgustingly dirty also, we have complained but no resolve. Two BROKEN loungers for an entire hotel!! Great location but EXTREMELY EXTREMELY noisy. The windows and doors provide absolutely NOOO sound barriers, bring earplugs. Not sure if these are Individually owned units but they have to be better equipped. Also, just found out the "Best Western" hotel you can see from the rooftop here, allows people to use their rooftop pool area for free as long as you purchase a drink. I would highly advise going there.

The apartment space was nice but be aware the kitchens are not fully equipped for cooking or cleaning. Only 2 towels permitted for 2 people in a room that has accommodation for 4. No extra towels no sheets for pull out sofa, which is badly stained. They have rules for how many towels each room can have The photos of pool are very misleading. 2 broken loungers, badly stained lounge cushions. No cushions on cement seats etc. BRING EAR PLUGS it's very loud in the nights and mornings..

My wife and I booked this place for 2 weeks. I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The studio suite was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and it had good pressure on the water. However, there were no towels in the bathroom. We had to go down to the front desk and request them. Unfortunately the kitchen lacked pots. It only had a frying pan. It also had a combination of odd numbers of cups and glasses. Besides that the rest of the kitchen was nice. The dining and seating area furniture was great. A little spotty on the couch but for an area near the beach it was okay. One thing that we found annoying was that no room service was provided during our stay. And we had to do laundry so we could have clean towels. There was a washer and dryer in the room and only dispensed hot water. Nice for the towels since they were white. Now for the pool; the water was dirty. I was disappointed with the pool and never got in. My wife stayed away from it as well and she loves swimming pools. The pool furniture cushions were dirty. The umbrellas were broken. I had to rig one for my wife so she could get some shade. When we got to the pool there a family was using the BBQ grille and were making a mess of it. And they complained about stuff not working. A worker mentioned that it was them who broke the umbrellas. Overall it was a great stay for me and my wife. We like the room and the fact that the air conditioner worked. We got a few things to make ourselves more comfortable and were happy...
