Waldo's — Attraction in Sonora

The thing with this store is that they don't care about what happens in the parking lot. Even if it's true that they repaired and paved it, also is the fact that they don't provide any security to their patrons as we have to stand bums outside the store that use the parking spots to force people to pay them as they "wash" (really badly I have to say) the cars without permission while you are inside the store shopping and once you get to your car they charge you! And those people are clearly up to no good, you can see them get together in a corner watching everything and everybody so they can target their next victim. It's an awful, uncomfortable, shameful situation that has to stop or customers are going to stop...

Is disrespectful we arrived 7:45 pm and we was received with closed door I asked to the lady in the entrance and her answer about the closing was in the mode as I should know that they closed BEFORE the time they have in their media. Is not the typical “oh is Puerto Peñasco” NO, is THE people not getting the customer service. While I am writing this claim are about 32 cars leaving, 23 people going back to their cars because this is closed before the timing. If you want your business sell then do something better than this. I’ll wait to talk with the manager come on people this is not Mexico, we can do it better than lazy typical...
