Ngwesaung Beach — Attraction in Pathein

Mr Win - Big disappointment and scam. Beware !

At so called "Mr Win" agency, we bought a "day to the islands": pick up at the hotel at 9am, return 16h, visit 2 islands, fishing, diving, meals included... beautiful program, 25,000 kyat per person, good!

9am - nobody.

We had to walk 1 mile and a half to the beach to take a super-powered "speed boat", which jumped waves of 2m at any time to break the neck. No drinks, you have to buy everything on your own. Plastic bag with some meal, there is a customer who vomited it. Arrived at the first island, 15 minutes to swim, without setting foot on the island. Second island: the boat stops 800 m from the beach, at a sea: "jump into the water, we will not go on the beach". Nobody wanted to jump in the open sea, in the middle of the waves. "What do we do? We want to go to the island, we paid for it". "No. I will not go." We come back home...

Return. A new roller coaster on the waves: 1 client vomited, 2 others have broken backs. 2 hours after leaving, back on the departure beach - no transport, return to the hotel on foot. And when we complain, categorical of manager, so call "Mr Win", refusal to reimburse + "I have nothing to do with the police". Result: 50,000 kyat lost, 2 people who have broken back, with pain, 1 who vomited, lost day, trip that was to last 7 hours and lasted barely 2 hours, that roller coaster on the waves ....

So, if you want to sponsor this rogue "Mr Win", waste your time, health and your money, go there. Otherwise - run away! Never seen worse!
