Designer Outlet Roosendaal — Attraction in Roosendaal

1. I bought an ecco shoe. After first day of using my shoe, it was torn. I went to ecco branch in my city and I asked them for repair, guarantee or etc... They said it is not repairable. I've been told "this model C you bought from outlet and since we do not have that shoes anymore we can't give you new one." I did not get well what she said and I asked what she meant about model C? She said:''we have three level of quality for our shoes and A,B are only for sell at cities and quality C is for outlet, that's the reason we do not have same guarantee policy for them". However, If you go to Rosada and ask sales person in ecco he/she would say these are the best quality we sell!

Learned lessen: Low quality products are there without guarantee

2. TEFAL: This is super funny. I bought 200 euro pan set from them. I DID NOT GO OUT OF STORE AND JUST AFTER PAYMENT I CHANGED MY MIND. I wanted to return and they said we do not have return policy at all. Just we can give you voucher with same price for 6 months duration. Till now, this is somehow acceptable. Then I asked her can I use this voucher in any other shop of tefal and she said no this is ONLY usable in this store. This does not make sense at all. It means they are a local shop which is not connected to anywhere in the world! This is not brand or branch, this is just same as you open a store and sell tefal in front of your house! If you go there you will figure out there is another tefal store just in front of the other one. I can't spend my voucher even there. Really shameful!

Learned lessen: tefal is just local store there, and this outlet mislead people by giving shops to local shops rather than real branches. I believe they do not have right to put tefal name in front of their shop if they are not connected to anywhere in the world!! (If they were a branch, I could use my voucher anywhere else)

suggestion for Outlet Roosendaal: Put this sentence in your website with capital letter: "Stores you visit here, are might not related to any similar names in...

Very nice “ shopping village “, I felt really good in this nice area. This outlet is located in Nederland and because I don’t speak Dutch I did speak English in every shop I visited. In every shop they did speak English and they was very nice and kind ( G-star, Adidas-Rebook, Nike,O’neill,.....). So that was few positive thing about this outlet. Negative was for me my visit in Levis shop where was two members of staff. Two minutes after I walked in I found nice jumper which I wanted try and because I had only T-shirt On me I didn’t bother to take it to fitting room because I thought that it’s just jumper, you can normally try it straight away in the store in front of people but not in Lewis. One member of staff came to me and started talk to me in Dutch probably about that I can’t trying anything out of fitting rooms. I told that I’m not speaking Dutch and I was repeating to her English English but she didn’t understood me so I tried to explain her by my hands and whole body that I’m not speaking Dutch but she kept talk to me Dutch. The other member of staff spoke English but he was very rude and conceited to me, he asked me if in my country we are trying clothes in The “store”, that we don’t need to go to fitting room. My answer was: Piece of clothes like jumper, hoodie, jackets... we are trying in the “store” . In the store was very nice clothes but I felt so bad because of members staff that I walked out. Other negative thing on this outlet is that there is only two restaurants where you can get something to eat. On the end positive thing, parking for first 30 min. It’s for free, after 30 min. Nice outletcenter. After a drive of 2 hours I had a strong headache. I asked to several shops if they have paracetamol for me, since there was no drugstore nearby, they all refused to give me a paracetamol. They all say that it is their policy, are not allowed to give paracetamols and send me to the reception. At the reception the receptionist tells me that he has no paracetamol, and that I have to look for the EHBO, but he could not tell me where this EHBO was. Neither was he able to call him because he had no phonenumber...

Anyways, after almost 1/2 hour of begging everywhere for a paracetamol, my headache got too much and we went back to the car to go home.
