Strandslag 12 — Attraction in The Hague

Great place, fantastic for families, good access and easy to get to. Lovely staff even when busy. Even on hot days there is plenty of space around the beach nearby. Has parasol, wind protectors and sun loungers for daily hire around the back. Kids play area at the back as well. Food service at the kiosk can be a little slow on busy days, perhaps need another staff member...

Erm, it's sandy. It has salty water. It's a beach, what can you say about a beach? Ok, seriously, it's a nice sandy beach, there are beach bars where you can get a coffee, or a beer or something to eat. I walk my dog there, so do many other people. Note that during summer there are time restrictions on when you can walk your dog, between 0700 and 2100 hours dogs are...

Good place to walk on the beach and enjoy the sea. There is a cafe right on the beach, with snacks and cold and warm drinks.

The beach is uninterrupted for approximately 25 kilometers, all the way to Hook of Holland, so you can have a serious walk if you want.

In the summer time it will be quite busy, of course, but not as busy as the neighbouring...
