Kings Swim School — Attraction in Christchurch

I have two children and I sent them to this school. First they put them in a class that was so basic they didn't learn anything. I asked if they could be evaluated, but they kept postponing it. I find their lack of customer service is irritating, and it is obviously just a factory for getting kids in the water and getting their money. Don't waste your time with this group. Too crowded, and they only use half a lane to teach swimming, so they can get more kids in. Also unhelpful about rescheduling classes or if your child is sick they still have to pay. I don't like...
