What a horrible place to deal with! I wish i could give them 0 stars! The customer service is horrendous (short of being non existent). On the 22nd August I bought my son some Airpods. This was for his birthday which was yesterday so the cellophane wrapped box remained in my drawer until I gift wrapped it up for him and gave it to him yesterday morning. Surprise surprise....on him opening up the box yesterday morning - THEY DID NOT WORK! My husband took them back to the store this morning to get them exchanged. He was treated like a common criminal. The two week exchange policy was all they could refer to. How did they know we only took the cellophane off yesterday, basically calling my husband a liar. This coming from the so called MANAGER! So my sons birthday gift which he has waited for months for has now been taken back and will be sent to Apple for assessment. They refused to replace the Airpods making a 14 year old boy wait for Apple to decide if they will be replaced or not. How could any customer remain calm and patient in a situation like this when being blatantly accused of lying? On a couple of previous occassions when I have been to this particular store I have landed up walking out because nobody can be bothered to serve you. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE. They like you when you are buying but after sales service is a time wasting run around that concludes with a generic canned response of we wont help you.
initial sales process was ok, staff didnt know much about the product, promised it would be suitable for my requirements, offered some after sales options which I took them up on.
Item was needed urgently but they never called to say it had arrived. I asked in store a few days later "oh yeahs its been sitting out the back"
I needed additional services provisioned at the same time, those till today have never eventuated.
Discovered on installation the product had a number of design flaws that made it unsuitable for purpose. Store manger asked for long email explanation to pass up the food chain. several days later after much chasing up the store manager sends a 100% generic "sorry we cant help you, come in a talk to us for the reasons" email.
I follow up instore the next day (the manager isn't in). I leave my number and am promised a call back that day. Surprise surprise no call.

A young guy showed us the selection they have and going by his advice , he advised a branded wall mount would suit our needs. After a few minutes I grabbed a wall mount that was listed for $69.95 and took up to the counter for payment. Upon payment we were told it was $99.95. We thought thatâs not right and questioned the staff member about this. He then told us again that was the price of the item. We then asked would he look at the price tag on the shelf where the goods were. He came over took a look and said there was an error with the price tag displaying the price. We called out the manager who also said to us there was an error with the price displayed for the product. We asked would he honour the price displayed but he said he would not at all. He then got his phone out scanned the product and adjusted the price on the electronic tag. Absolute disbelief I was totally shocked, my first thought was this action was illegal. We exchanged a few more words and then after telling them we will never shop here again we left. Buyers beware there pricing may not be what it...
