Radley Park — Attraction in Christchurch

Even on a cold winters morning its a nice park for a walk with lots of benches to sit on. Roimata Food Commons looks great with lots of fruit trees, next working bee is 2pm 10th August. So many different birds and ducks all the along the river + lots of cats laying in wait in the long grass. Seemed a bit hectic having an unfenced dog area and play ground right next to each other with dog poop everywhere. 4 entrances to choose from and alway somewhere to park. Looking forward to seeing the long grass wild flower section come back that was there...

I'm impressed by this park! Pretty with the river there. The field is spacious, there's a garden, fruit trees I've heard but never found any and the play area amazing. While it might need a bit of an update but it certainly doesn't bother the children! Dog friendly is awesome, but as also the reason I marked it down, because it can be a little worrying with little kids and not everyone is so good at...

Great place to walk. The park offers many activities and areas to kick a ball around to play different sports. You can help at the Roimata Food Commons and volunteer with it. There is a dog park and playground here. Great place to eat lunch when you want peace. Lovely area well maintained. There aren't any public toilets here. I enjoy this park, some people...
