I will never recommend this place to anyone. Better go somewhere else. They are not flexible or helpful and they say they are. I spoke months ago and asked about things that could happen, and if I could end up on Skype they said yes and I got an email saying I couldn't do that anymore even though I did most of the assessments in New Zealand. They don't have any empathy, even if we have to deal with difficult things and have to finish the ONLINE course somewhere, they don't care, I ASKED TO CANCEL and I should do it instead of spend my time during such a hard time physically and mentally. I could finally take a break after working too hard for months all on my own to have a little more focus on my PT career, even dealing with other kind of problems, and now I can't, it wasn't about money I can pay double the price if I have to but about how disrespectful they were. Asked to cancel, told me to continue, I carried on, dealing with the very hard time, specially at home as I had to support my partner that came from close to the WAR zone (eastern Europe), as I guess everyone have see about the news. Was waking up at 3:30 to have time to finish practice hours and go to my full-time job, spent my days off, dealing with personal stuff, had to work as essential worker and also deal with the lack of employees, but still studying FOR NOTHING. At the start of my online journey, it was very overwhelming as I had never done an online course. I have always been in a classroom where theory and practical was done. My first tutor was great and helped where he could. He was professional and understood my fear of doing an online course. When he left, I was allocated a tutor that in my opinion I felt had no understanding of how to communicate with woman and only followed the notes. So even if your answer was correct but it wasn't in the notes it was incorrect. I was ready to throw in the towel but then Fit Futures came through for me and put me onto another tutor, she was amazing. She not only had the knowledge and understanding of personal training she knew how to communicate in a professional way. If I didn't understand she explained it in layman's terms which was awesome. Unfortunately my experience echoes that of previous students. Despite momentarily losing their NZQA accreditation, they insist their course is now "new and improved" but sadly tutors are still incredibly rude and unprofessional. I'm cutting my losses and will find an alternate provider to complete my certificate.

In response - I have never requested a credit; I only asked that I be allowed to progress through the course that I paid ($4000) for. You are trying to charge me an additional $2000 for what you claim to be "an improved course" that now costs $4000 - which is what I already paid. I provided my student agreement, welcome letters and follow up emails all as evidence of the "At your own pace" course that never referenced a 12 month time frame.
