Ah, the Everest Indian Restaurant—a name that doesn’t just promise altitude but taste elevation too. This might just be the culinary Everest your Friday nights have been waiting for. Here’s my take on your experience:
🥘 Highlights of the Culinary Climb:
• Generous Portions – It’s not often you find a takeaway that loads up on the meat. Here, they’ve evidently traded dainty portions for something more… Kiwi-sized. Full as a bull after round one, and still enough left for a return trek the next night? That’s no small feat. • Fast Service – Nothing worse than waiting around for ages while the smell of curry wafts from the kitchen. These folks have figured out the magic formula: quality and speed. • Flavor Jackpot – Indian food should come with a ‘no bland bits’ guarantee, and Everest seems to have nailed it. Flavorful without veering into “set-my-mouth-on-fire” territory, it sounds like they delivered the tasty punch you were craving.

Thank you Shiv, Dil & Krishna
We hosted a birthday party on the night of 2nd July 2025 at Everest Indian Restaurant – Ferry Road.
The food served was not only incredibly delicious but also exceptionally fresh. The hospitality extended by Mr. Shiv, Dil, and Krishna was truly outstanding. They ensured that every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and attention. Their friendly and helpful nature added greatly to the overall experience.
The food portions were generous, and the pricing was very reasonable, making the entire event even more enjoyable.

Read moreJust Awesome!!!. I ordered food through their website, nice and easy then got the order confirmation followed by the meal ready for pickup email which is quite unusual with other restaurants, also the web order has two options online payment (Poli) or pay in store. It was the best Indo-Chinese Chilli Chicken I had in years, very flavourful and authentic. I had also ordered Chicken Choila (Nepalese food, chicken served with rice flakes), it tasted so good and is bit spicy (I like spicy) but with rice flakes reduces the spice level. The garlic naan was nicely flavoured with garlic and big in size. The restaurant is small (4-5 tables approx) more of a takeaway type but food is delicious with good portion along with nice customer service. Big thanks to Chef Shivraj 👍 for both food...
