Kebab On Ferry — Restaurant in Christchurch

Fresh ingredients and nice flavors with a decent amount of meat but by the time i had peeled off all the layers of tinfoil the portion is smaller than the last time i came in when the new owners had first taken over last year. No Eftpos available on this night, not sure if this was a one off or not? Ended up going into Ferrymead Westpac atm down the road. Chips were nice and light and hot, pretty boring tasting with out flavoring or salt that i could tell. 2.99 to add a sprinkle of cheese doesn't seem worth it, feta as an option would be nice tho. Reading others Google reviews it looks like there is price differences for some items on the website vs in store ... Gst is included in the price here in New Zealand so don't let any one give you...

So after visiting this kabab shop maybe the third time I noticed the website says $15.99 for a regular but when I go to pick up and pay it ends up being $19.50 or something wierd not the price advertised so I questioned this and was told that it's gst. Is this even legal? As your website doesn't not mention anywhere or anytime about not including the gst? So very sneaky and dishonest to add almost $4 only when paying seems real dodgy to me wont visit again as a regular kabab is not worth $20 sorry and feel I've been tricked here disappointed. Chips were good. Souvlaki, was food. My wife and I got each others souvlaki because the writing on the bags did not match the contents. This was rough for her as I asked for extra hot chili, I had finished what I thought was mine (with what seemed to be a weak chili sauce) while she ate her chips. She then had to suffer through eating the one with extra hot sauce. The cashier also didn't seem to understand what we actually wanted to order and it took a long time to explain we wanted two combo's. She also grabbed the forks by the tines end, and placed them in the bag, which we felt wasn't sanitary, so we didn't want to use them. Miss the guy who used to own it, he was excellent....
