So disappointed with this facility today. I took my 2 young grandaughters for the 4 year olds birthday treat. We had previously bought anti slip socks at Jump which we took with us. We were told that it was against their policy to wear the socks because they had jump written on them and we needed to buy new socks with leap written on them to use the facility. The young lady at the desk was extremely rude and told us she could lose her job if we wore green socks instead of blue. When my daughter put the green socks on her 4 year old she was berated over the loud speaker and threatened with expulsion from the trampolines.. when we go rock climbing we can use our own shoes and same with the bowling alley. Stop exploiting your clients Leaps. No one cares what colour our socks are or what word is written on a pair of anti slip socks.... The facility isn't cheap for a family to spend one hour so being forced to buy socks when we already had them is outrageous .... shame on you Leap
Hi Sandy Thank you for your reply... just a little tip on customer service. Maybe... so sorry you were disappointed today ... we strive to endeavor to make make sure our customers leave happy as every client is important to us.
We insist you buy are blue sock because..... and provide a rational explanation.
Your expectation of your staff should not be to be rude to customers for any reason. We definitely were not rude to...
Read morePosting from my partners account since idk how to change to mine.. but I took my two boys (ages 5 & 12) for my 12 year olds birthday. We expected at least 2-3 other people there but the boys had the whole place to themselves which was super cool for Mr 12. The lady at reception was super nice! (Sorry I didn’t get your name). Mr 12 said it was the best birthday he’s ever had. We stayed for about 1.5 hours as the boys were getting quite tired within the hour. But there’s an arcade area too which the boys got to play a bit with (until I ran out of coins that they were lucky I even had some on me to begin with 😂 so definitely bring coins if you or your kids like arcade games) 5 stars because we were very welcomed, place was clean/tidy, and my boys had such an amazing time! Thank you so much ☺️
Also I have put down yes for recommending to book in advance .. but I believe that’s only necessary for weekends and school holidays. It seems on a weekday during school time there’s no issues. I did call up and ask before we arrived to make sure we could show up without...
Read moreSooooo rude to our group. Doubled their prices. We had to pull our business away from them. Now they are complaining that their former customers are writing negative Google reviews!
That's what reviews are for! If you offer a good product at a fair price and treat your customers with respect, you will get only good reviews. If you double your prices and act like you have done, you will get bad reviews. Pretty basic.
The new owner insulted our organiser over and over and over again. You didn't just "state" your pricing. You doubled your pricing and refused to work with loyal customers who have brought 20+ kids to LEAP 16 times.
This is the exact same business that used to charge $25 for 3 games of lasertag and a bit of jump time. They have new ownership. But it is the same business, same location, same trampolines, same concessions, same couches, same arcade games. Nothing has changed except the ownership and the prices.
Oh one other thing has changed - the old owners never insulted their most...
