Yesterday morning, we visited this cafe with high expectations. While the coffee was delicious and enjoyable, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. • Food Quality: We ordered the curly fries, but they seemed to be old and refried, resulting in a taste that was unpleasant and far from fresh. • Customer Service: The service was poor. No one offered water, and when we requested a water bottle, there were no glasses provided. The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. • Cleanliness: We were a group of 5–6 people and were seated at a large table, but it was not cleaned properly. Think the cafe has new people. Been going there for years always been great until today. Ordered small pasta bowl, big breakfast and jacket potato, bowl fries and drinks. Total bill just over $75. The pasta came first heated but only in parts, and not very tasty. Drinks followed, then the breakfast and chips. Some 15mins later we enquired about the potato. This took a further 10mins, by which time the 2 others had finished their food. Unfortunately the potato hadn't been heated correctly and was mainly cold. As we did not have time for this to be re-reheated I sent it back for a refund . We didn't finish the fries either as they weren't very nice. We left very sad as we have always enjoyed going here. Amazing place!! We ordered the toasted sandwiches, hot chocolate and coffee, and everything was absolutely delicious! The egg bacon sandwich was my favourite. The outdoor seating area is sunny and beautiful, which made the meal even better! The staff was very helpful and the service was really quick, despite the busy time. Its a perfect place for breakfast or brunch. There is ample space for parking and the location is great, with lot of seating area, both outdoors...
