Bought a new spa pool for Hot Springs Spa Hamilton. The salesman, Phil Brown, was excellent and very friendly. This is our first spa so he went through all the different models and what is involved in using and maintaining a spa pool. Once we decided which model to buy he gave us a very good deal on the pool and the accessories. Sorting out the delivery date was fast and easy. Installation went through no problem but it depends on your house and section. You need to allow at least 3 hours for installation as it takes about an hour to an hour and a half for just filling the spa pool, so that they can show you what chemicals to use and get it all balanced for you before they leave. I wanted to get a replacement water side pipe gasket part for my SPA. As our New Zealand made SPA manufacturer was no longer in business I wondered around to this shop and asked if you could supply this gasket. There were no customers in this store and the sales guy completely turned me away as the SPA was not theirs. Our SPA was 12 years old and he could have sold me one but instead he turned me away.
