Whangaparaoa Library — Attraction in Hibiscus and Bays

My first encounter was when I called in to become a member. This day I was served by a lovely young lady with blue hair. She was dynamic and very very helpful. Sadly my next encounter today the 15th of Nov proved to be very very different. I needed to access a printer so therefore required a little bit iof assistance. I requested help from a older man and wished I hadn't. Getting recruitment right is paramount to delivering excellent customer service. In this instance you. got it wrong. I am sure he may have been good at some stage but not today. Definitely will be avoiding him...

I love the Whangaparaoa Library so much. The design is spacious and inviting. I love having a look at the art exhibitions upon entrance. Great atmosphere. Well designed & set out for easy access to everything. Good supply of books, from fiction, non fiction, ebooks, large print books plus computer availability.
