I was initially struck by her friendly demeanour, non-pushy attitude and helpful responses to my many questions. I was also in the process of selling my Orewa home and was looking for agent who had great local knowledge, a solid track record and willing to go that 'extra' mile. In retrospect, I could not have been happier to have Ros' working with us to sell my home. Unfortunately, the vast area behind my home was earmarked for the Strathill Development which had begun and the relative peace was interrupted by heavy machinery. Despite this, Ros' worked with her team to put together a great marketing package which generated fantastic interest. We took good advice from Ros to have the home presented as good as possible, "clean and tidy wins the day".
