I am very happy and very satisfied with your service and with the quality of your premises. You've maintained your premises to the highest notch of quality, security, and convenient. My belongings does not have any fungus, mould, etc for the last 10 years stored within your storage unit. This is very important to me. Besides that, you will always happy for a fair discussions between us about the charges, access, etc with a happy faces and smile in your faces. You've gone extra miles by providing your customers with such a clean toilet, a drinking water dispenser, ample space for loading and unloading bay (and sheltered too) with more than enough of trolleys. I recently moved some of my belongings in to Storage4you, Glenfield, Auckland. I only needed a unit which would store Queen bed large mattress and base, as well as about 20 boxes, fridge and washing machine and various small furniture items. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Mary when I first inquired about my storage requirements. Mary rang me when I was 5 days away from moving and held the storage unit for me. When I paid the 1st instalment of rent and bond, Mary personally took me to show where the unit was situated and all the amenities available for loading my items and even showed me a drinking fountain and the toilet facilities. (Things you sometimes do not think of but can make the move so much more comfortable). I was impressed with the clean well run premises and the amount of security arrangements in place which assured me that my goods would very safe and secure. Just before the first Covid Lockdown in New Zealand in March 2020, we needed a large storage unit to store all our household goods and other items. We checked out the availability of a number of Storage Companies in Auckland and we chose Storage4you (S4Y) on Wairau Road at Glenfield. We highly recommend S4Y as the administration and front office team were excellent. they did what they promised to do, were polite and helpful at all times, their communication either by phone or email was excellent and questions were answered quickly when we required an overflow Unit. The storage units were clean and easy to access with a covering where to park a vehicle. We recently moved everything out of the Units and our rebates were received the next day.
