Such an UNPLEASANT experience I did not have to go through. I had to wait for nearly 50 minutes for my chicken as they missed my order in the first place.

I placed my order and the owner or the lady that works there asked me to wait for like 15 minutes or so . So I come back after 15 minutes but my chicken is not ready yet so I waited for 10 more minutes but she keeps looking at me so I asked her if my order went through. She asked me back,"What did you order?" and says "oh, I'm sorry , your order was not taken, I'll cook yours before I do the Uber's"

There goes another 5 minutes taking my order for the second time.

I had to wait for another 20 minutes for my order as they got busier by that time.

Honestly, I've had a lot better fried chicken elsewhere before and it was NOT worth waiting 50 minutes for sure.

I also had hot dogs but they were too greasy and fatty to eat, even the paper bag was completely...

I understand that you're busy with events, but I felt this situation wasn’t right, so I wanted to leave a review.

I called to place an order for Yangnyeom Chicken and Buldak Chicken about 10 minutes before the afternoon break ended. I was told the food would be ready after 6:15 PM due to a backlog, so I arrived around that time. However, I saw a note saying 6:30 PM and was told it would actually be ready by then. I understood it was a busy dinner time, so I made the payment and waited.

After 6:30, I picked up the chicken, went home, and started eating. Previously, I tried your Buldak Chicken and it was as spicy as Buldak Ramyeon, which I liked and expected again. But this time, it wasn’t spicy at all. I compared it with the Yangnyeom Chicken, and the flavor was the same. Even my 7-year-old daughter said neither of them was spicy.

So I called the store to ask about it, but I was told there was no mistake and that it had just been cooked in a different style. When I tried to push back, my wife told me to let it go, so I was about to hang up — and only then did the staff say “Sorry.”

If both chickens were the same price, I wouldn’t mind. But Yangnyeom Chicken was $38.50, and Buldak Chicken was $40.50. This isn’t about losing $2 — my dinner was ruined. Honestly, I wanted to bring both chickens back and complain in person, but since it was dinner time on a weekend, I held back.

I heard you recently renovated the place, but it seems like your service mindset needs more of an upgrade than your interior. Also, you label these as full chickens, but they don’t include legs or breast meat — only wings and drumettes — which I think is misleading.

The taste is average, like other Korean chicken places.

I was disappointed in the service and I won’t be ordering again because of the portion.

행사 하셔서 바쁘신거 아는데요 이건좀 아니다 싶어서 후기 남깁니다. 오후 브레이크 타임 끝나기 10분 전에 전화 드려서 양념치킨과 불닭치킨을 주문했습니다. 주문이 밀려서 6시 15분 이후에 된다고 해서 그시간에 도착했습니다. 근데 6시 30분이라고 적어놓으시고서 30분까지라고 하시더군요. 바쁜 저녁시간에 왔으니 이해하고 결제하고 기다렸습니다. 30분 이후에 가서 치킨 받아서 집에와서 먹었습니다. 전에 불닭 치킨을 먹었을 때는 불 닭볶음면 만큼 매운맛이어서 기대하고 한입 먹었는데 하나도 안매웠습니다. 양념치킨도 있으니까 두개 맛을 비교해봤는데 똑같았어요. 제 딸이 7살인데 양념도 불닭도 하나도 안맵다고 하더군요. 그래서 전화로 물어봤습니다. 근데 매장에서 실수한게 아니라고 하시더군요. 다른 맛으로 해서 조리를 하였다고 재차 얘기하셨습니다. 제가 계속 따지려다 아내가 그만하라고 해서 전화를 끊으려고 하니 그제서야 "죄송합니다." 하시더군요. 양념치킨과 불닭치킨이 가격이 같으면 말을 안합니다. 양념치킨은 38.5달러, 불닭치킨은 40.5 달러입니다. 2달러 손해를 본게 아니라 불쾌한 저녁식사였습니다. 맘 같아선 두 치킨을 가지고 가서 따지려다가 저녁시간이고 주말이고 해서 참았습니다.

업소 재단장 하셨다고 하시는데 단장보다는 서비스마인드를 고치셔야할거 같습니다. 또 1마리로 기준을 삼으시는데 이 치킨 1마리는 다리와 가슴살이 없는 닭입니다. 닭날개와 닭봉으로만 구성되어있어요. 표기에도 문제가 있다고 생각합니다. 맛은 다른 한국치킨만큼 무난합니다. 서비스에서 실망하고, 구성에서...
