Auckland Airport Shopping Centre — Attraction in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

Great place to shop. Good mix of eateries and of course the Warehouse and Countdown are there for shopping

Be mindful of where you park. So far I have had two separate incidents at Auckland Airport Shopping Centre in 2018 where I have parked my car to go shopping only to come back and someone has hit my car and taken off. These were two different parking spaces but both were close to the public toilets. On top of all of that, the camera footage within the area is a joke. The airport police are not helpful at all in helping you with sufficient footage. The businesses within the Auckland Airport Shopping Centre are unable to help with footage. I ended up with no footage at all. No one came forward to admit liability. It will affect your insurance premiums if you can't convince the insurance that it was legitimately someone elses fault

The incident today was a weird one because there was about 95% of parking spaces available so there were heaps of gaps

I like this little shopping center. It has a few of the stores I like to shop at like The Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse, Countdown, Postie, Taking Shape, just to name a few.I think a Kmart store would do really well here, but there are stores in both Manukau and Papatoetoe only about ten minutes away. Always lots of parking so there is never a problem finding a car park. Feel like a quick dinner after working late, this is the ideal place for variety on offer. KFC, Carl's Jr, several Sushi shops, Maccas, Subway and more. This center pretty much caters to the Airport and Logistics workers in and around the Airport. Very very convenient.
