Mangawhai Golf Club — Attraction in Northland

Mangawhai Golf Club: In the developing seaside resort of Mangawhai Heads, lies one of New Zealand's hidden gems, a golf course which is growing in popularity and stature. I enjoyed my day play golf and also enjoyed the 19 hole. The staff treated my friends and myself very well. Even though I lost 1 ball in the round the greens were very good the the fairways when you are on them very fast. A pitty the sun has baked the grass. 1 Star is sadly all I can give this course as pity you cannot select 1/2 a star. The course is in the worst state I have ever encountered, Over priced, Shocking greens (Black, bumpy, rotten) Fair-ways that are bare, And shocking to play off as ground just disintegrates into dust.
