If you accept what libraries have become now - that is, a community space which facilitates a variety of events for diverse groups of people rather than shelves full of books, this is a good place - minus one particular staff member who could use a refresher on customer interaction. Since the staff members wear IDs on lanyard, I can't tell who that was but I'm sure the library would know who I'm talking about. This is a shame as most staff are helpful and competent and one of them really stands out. Wi-fi is meant to draw customers into the library, so I don't see why it not reaching the car park is considered a problem (one reviewer mentioned this). By the way, it seems Wi-fi is still available after hours, I don't see why this is the case. One time I saw a guy standing next to the after hour return slot and watching some videos. I don't know what time the external entrance closes but this loop hole really should be closed. Also I'm not pleased with the no late return fine...
