Mt Roskill Motel — Hotel in Puketāpapa

Permanent tenants are a concern..... premises is unkempt. Water pressure is only a trickle, the short term accommodation has had a coat of paint inside and new drapes, new vinyl and shower but the "cheap" culture Carry's on...2 single beds put together to make a double, only be a few items of cutlery and to top it all off, you only get a couple of paper sachets of salt and pepper. Plus no sight of any room servicing. I arrived late so my options...

This place i would NOT recommend to anyone. It has permanent residents. Which walk around drunk & bang into other peoples doors & others doing things in door ways that people should not need to see. The place did not feel clean. We cancelled our night after only a few hours. We questioned the staff if anyone else had complained, I said this place is quite scary. He then laughed. They did not speak very good...

This motel has nothing going for it apart from the free wifi. It is in a poor location with loud road noise, dated fixtures & fittings, broken sockets, dusty rooms, poor security, building in the room next door, buildiing materials are the view, rock hard bed, breakfast voucher for the cafe across the road which was closed, stained dining room seats...
