The Replica of the original Viking boat is super nicely made and give a concrete feeling of how it was built. This is great to actually see it floating in the water as you can imagine how it could have been to be in.
As the museum in Oslo will be open again by 2026, we were disappointed to not see the Viking boat. Hence this was a good alternative!
This is freely accessible on the port. There is also an area where you can observe wood worker building new replica of Viking boats right next to it. This is increasingly interesting!
