A museum worth visiting. We came as tourists, in a camping car, we bought a parking ticket. Unfortunately, it turned out that the car was not in the designated lines, so we got a fine. In response to the appeal against the fine, we received a photo of our car and a photo of an empty parking lot (I do not know when the latter was taken), unfortunately attempts to explain that the camper van is too big to park across and that we parked in the area from which someone had previously left without the mandate had no effect. Read moreWe started in the WW2 exhibition was a bit disappointing. It was pretty much just some posters on the walls and there were no explanations for the items displayed. Viking exhibition was more interesting but quite small. We had expected more considering the areas history. The city history section was very interesting though and well made but after a while we felt like there was too much to read and an overload of information despite the interesting topics. The whaling section was also an interesting part and probably the church history would have been as well but at this time we were already so full of information that we skipped it quickly.
