Since the day I (recently) bought mattresses for all the beds , the RED dye keeps coming off on our bedsheets, every sheet we've ever spread on it is now smudged PINK, and the mattress itself fading, thank you Molty foam. It's the most expensive and of the CRAPPIEST quality. And try going to tell them their mattress dye is smudging sheets, they'll find an excuse for it to blame the customer instead of filing a complaint. WORK ON YOUR STAFF. Your business needs to go down if you can't improve. Any refunds for our loss?...

Don't go just on the word of shop attendants. Double check from warranty card. Also double check if the mattress you're buying/ ordering comes with a different name too, or you might get an unpleasant/ confusing surprise when they are delivered at your place after 5-7 days. The promised delivery date is not met, and delivery delayed by an extra 3-4 days. The shop stops receiving your calls about inquiring the delays and actual day of delivery.

This is actually a company outlet and the manager of this outlet Zohaib is very cooperative and polite, he gave me free delivery and even replaced the mattress because there was a stain at the back. Reason for one less star is the sales man he tries to be very clever and upon me complaining about the big stain at the back he told me 'ye aisa he ata hai company ka monogram hai' but next day i visited the branch and Zohaib accepted that it's a stain and he replaced it very next day.
