We rented bikes and spent an hour cruising the Amador Causeway, which stretches about 5 miles out and back along the water. The path is wide, smooth, and completely flat, making it an easy and relaxing ride for all levels. It’s also very clean and well maintained, with plenty of space for both cyclists and walkers. The scenery is absolutely stunning — panoramic views of the Panama City skyline and ships in the harbor. It’s the perfect way to take in the coastline, with plenty of spots to stop for photos, enjoy the breeze, or grab a drink on one of the small islands along the way. The trail does end a bit abruptly before the final island, but it looks like expansion may be in progress. Overall, it’s a beautiful and memorable experience and a great way to enjoy the waterfront.

We loved our late afternoon/early evening walk here. We took an Uber from the old town to the Amador Causeway. We went around an hour before sunset and then walked our way back into the main part of the city along the causeway. We got incredible views of the city and of the sunset. There are also benches along the way for you to sit, and there are sign posts, giving the history behind the creation and use of the causeway. It was very interesting.

Great place for some family fun. Kite flying, bike riding, restaurants, pastry shops, touristy souvenir shops and the famous BioMuseo which is worth a visit. Take a drive or uber ride at night it’s so beautiful.

We went to the Biomuseo and decided to walk around the neighborhood and omg the views, from the skyline, to the beach views, the Panama sign.. so heavenly and incredibly beautiful! We walked miles without realizing... just marveling over the views. It's very romantic but also just exercising or hanging out with friends and family. You could find a nice shaded spot for a picnic or watch the sunset or do what we did and walk the entire strip and back.. really endless things to do at no cost.. there are restaurants around too.. a slice of...
