Playa Santa Catalina — Attraction in Veraguas

Very cool beach. At low tide head over to the rocks on your right (if your looking at Isla Santa Catalina or left if your looking at town. Some cool critters to check out in the rock pools. Loads of Sea Hare, Crabs & few different species of little fish swimming around. There's also a bit of fishing off the rocks, according to the locals a good chance of adecent fish. Just be prepared to loose tackle, it's Rocky as.

Missing a little deck or a port for the boats, hopefully one day come. Normal beach of town. Missing also a place to chill like a restaurant or meeting point for people coming back from Coiba day trip. Local people should be together and develop a good place for assist tourism. Could be a great beach with good potential of developing a new place to enjoy more Santa Catalina. Very dirty at all. Need more love.

People mentioned here on Google this a good surf spot. It might be, but definitelly not in December. If you wanna go to Coiba boats leaving from this beach. Should you wanna go check a trip in one of many shops along the route. Sunrise and sunset are worth to view. There is a one great place to eat El Pacifico(cheaper than many restaurant in the town and have only fresh fish and see food).
