Not to leave a bad review. But my bad experience at the cinema lobby (near the entrance where there's a staff cutting the ticket) left me devastated. I experience it before entering the cinema, and it made me not appreciate my movie experience. The guard just told me, without even saying polite words like excuse sir, that it's "BAWAL MAGSHOOT SIR"! because we are in a public place. MY REACTION? I got confused about "public place". Of course, seeing others also shooting and not reprimanded by this guard, I was totally shocked and told the guard to show me stickers r posters of a No Filming/Photography Sticker rule but he can't produce any. And why he didn't confront other people but only me? That's just unfair!. His logic: He told me it was that because I'm near him. Huh? This makes me more confused. I don't want to lose his job but i wanted to tell mgmt what's my point. I told him and later , after the movie i met with the asst manager, why there's a promo or what's the purpose of putting a "Selfie" or photo studio exhibit at the cinema lobby. I told them they should be thankful that moviegoers are excited shooting themselves excitedly. people wanted to share their experience to their friends via social media. I told him/asst. cinema manager that it will help spread the movie through word of mouth. Guard doesn't care because one should need a permit to shoot inside the mall. I don't have any tripod, i was just using my phone. Cinema asst. manager apologized for the misunderstanding and invited me to watch there again. But of course, with what happened, Ayalla Cinema is no longer in my options to watch a movie. Plus it has influenced me that I'll NO longer bring my family, step, watch, dine or shop at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, now that I'm fearful that a MISINFORMED guard or guards might strike at me or us with "RULES" without politeness or proper way to tell mallgoers about the Dos and Dont's. I suggest mall mgmt should stick large MALL RULES like sticker icons of No Phone Camera Filming in areas...
Read moreSUPER pet UNFRIENDLY and RUDE yung guards especially ang guard sa 5th floor entrance (yung in duty today at 4pm) Papasok pa lng kmi with 4 dogs (all in stroller with pet ID) we were stopped and “interrogated”. What’s the point of the pet ID if d nyo naman kmi papasukin after showing you we have the IDs of all 4 dogs?!! Worst is they wouldn’t let us in even though we told the guard that the dogs are in strollers and we won’t let them out, even if we do, each dog has a backpack with diaper (they are all literally wearing their backpack). He rudely stayed at the entrance door as my sister rummaged to get the dogs wear diapers (again the dogs are wearing OOTDs in a stroller with padding). Why bother telling people you are pet friendly when you ARE NOT???!!! RUDE GUARD!!!! Don’t argue it’s mall policy because the guard could have kindly let us through the entrance and get as situated comfortably to have the dogs wear diapers - the only way to enter the freaking mall is through the elevators anyway. But no!...
