This place a must visit when in Bacolod. An underrated place, needs more promotion and awareness. Since, the entrance doesn't give you the feel that this place is open to the public and has animals in it. The government should help maintain this place.

The most convenient way to see up close the most enchanting, beautiful and severely endangered species of the Phil.

Some of my faves- baboy talonon (visayan warty pig), badlitan (negros bleeding heart pigeon), tularik (visayan tarictic hornbill), agila (south phil hawk eagle) and the oriental dollarbird.

You can also find some rescued eagles there.

Afterwards, get some souvenir items, donate and help them to "keep their hearts...
