Robinsons Supermarket Banilad Town Centre — Attraction in Cebu City

The place was tidy and the staff have been kind to me. They have plenty of options to select from as far as grocery goes and the prices seem fair. I like that you can go cashless and pay with GCash. I only have a few gripes. Their price checker doesn't work and it bugs me sometimes when you can't find the prices on an item on the shelf. However, you can always approach the counter and have them check the price if they are not already occupied with a customer. My last gripe is that most of the staff at the counter seem to be too comfortable about talking gossip out loud with each other or just things that leave a bad impression. Before that, I visited this place with my Korean niece who is a YouTuber and was filming things with a cell phone.. There was no warning sign inside the supermarket to prohibit filming, so I knew it was possible and was filming. Suddenly, some scary-looking old man shouted, "Don't shoot!!" He gets angry when he yells...we stopped filming..I thought he was an employee here, but he didn't have a uniform or employee ID, and he followed us around and kept yelling all the time we stopped filming and shopping. It was very rude and scary. Even though my family, who were tourists, paid over 5000 pesos to buy mangoes, he kept watching us from afar, treating us like thieves. Just came from Robinson’s supermarket in Banilad Town Center. Not very helpful and lazy employees.
