The quality of the park has deteriorated. If the owners of the plots are not paying for the upkeep of the plots, they will all be ugly. Because of this, there is no uniformity in how the plots look. If somebody cannot afford to pay for an independent gardener, the plot will look so pitiful and miserable. This happened in our case since we live out of the country. When we come visit, our plot looks miserable. The guy who charges us monthly for the upkeep of our plots does not do his job since we are not here to check the place. I suggest Loyola to hire only one company for the maintenance and we will make the monthly payment to Loyola instead. That way, all the plots will look the same; same kind of grass planted and all the plots all leveled. Right now, some plots are higher than the others and the grass planted on the plots are of different varieties. I hope Loyola can take notice of my comments and...
