A decent neighborhood mall that serves the daily needs of Paranaque residents. It is not as large or as modern as some other SM malls like SM Megamall or SM Mall of Asia, but it has a good variety of shops, a supermarket, and dining options that make it convenient for quick errands or casual outings. The mall is divided into two buildings connected by a footbridge. Building A mainly houses retail outlets and the department store, while Building B contains the supermarket, more shops, and the cinema. The layout is functional but can feel a bit dated compared to newer malls. The mall is generally clean and the staff are accommodating, especially in food outlets like Classic Savory and Osaka Takoyaki Restaurant, where service is quick and pleasant. However, there are some drawbacks that prevent a higher rating. The cinema experience is disappointing for some visitors due to poor lighting settings and even mosquito bites reported inside the theaters, which is quite distracting. Also, the mall can get quite congested, especially around the main intersection, with traffic jams and limited parking space during peak hours. Sale items can be misleading as discounts may not always be from the original price. The food court and restaurant choices are adequate but limited, lacking the variety found in bigger malls. Electronics enthusiasts might appreciate the basement shops offering a range of gadgets and affordable mobiles. Overall, SM City Bicutan is a practical mall for everyday shopping and dining but lacks the excitement and polish of larger, more upscale malls. It is a convenient option if you live nearby but not a destination mall for a full day of leisure or...

They do not allow strollers via the walkalator, and insisted on carrying the child while the stroller passes through the walkalator. What if the child is unable/too heavy or fussy to be carried, hence the use of a steoller?or what if the person with the stroller and kids is not allowed to carry heavy items? Or person is too big to be carried? If the person has multiple kids in tow, and another Ina. Stroller, how can you insist on the small kids to handle the stroller while in the walkalator? The elevator access will have to be passed through a flight of stairs, so it's also useless at this part. The guards on duty that time did not even offer to help or assist. Mgmt should have an alternate solution this.
Update: Via Bldg B carpark, babies in a stroller or a PWDs in a wheelchair, should be wheeled through the car exit/entrance going to the front of bldg b. Still A SAFETY HAZARD and not PWD friendly since from the car you still have to let them pass through the entrance/exit passageway with the cars. This is to gain access for their pwd "mini elevator" which is beside Goldilocks. The management should still provide PWD access through the...
