To those who wants to appoint a reservation on this place? please do not! The services and the unreasonable charge for things that you will use on a wedding or events is very painful. The caters is so slown imagine they will not allow you to bring your own plates and they want you to pay for your plates that you will use that cost 75 pesos and the plate is so plain, cliché, tacky, and for each tray of food is 300 pesos like what? The food is not included by the way. The caters are rude and slow . The services is just terrible, they have the audacity to charge you those unreasonable price like what the fu k I know your place and decors is good . But you should be aware of the wants of your customers and . Your business sucks so bad If I could have a refund i would . Close your business. And also other customers have very sad experience. Stayed here four nights. Picked it because it was close to our host location. The garden outside was really pleasing to the eye. But the room and housekeeping service need a lot of tweaking. Housekeeping will not clean the room and replenish towels and toiletries unless you are physically present in the room with the staff -- this ties you up if you want this done. It just doesn't make any sense to me. Free breakfast was subpar. The Cafe at the hotel should be the last dining option. You have to be at the lobby for wifi. None in the room. My fault that I didn't do much research of other hotels in the area. But I'm sure there has to be better...

We had a bad experience with the owner tho. Haha she was at the height of her anger and even told us to close the place and ban us from ever entering because of some easily-solvable mess of of the photographer and videographer clients. She even scolded people and throwing tantrums to her own guests that is very uncalled for she is one of the the city's councilors.
