Jelitkowo Beach — Attraction in Gdansk

a lovely huge beach. definitely recommend coming here, usually pretty crowded but its so big that there is still lots of places available. there are restaurants and shops very close too it aswell. although during my stays here i did not find a toilet unless if you want to pay in a nearby restaurant to use the bathroom. the hire for beach items is cheap compared to other hires. overall i love this beach and i had a very pleasant experience here and would recommend it to everyone, because transport here is widely...

Lovely beach. Like all of the Baltic, it’s good for people who want to float and not surf. There are little dug out inlets that create shallow wading areas for kids. Highly recommend getting the tram up from Gdańsk (45 mins or so) then walking Jelitkowo beach down toward Bżezno. Walk inland through the forested areas on your way in or out, and stop at the green market for local kashubian strawberries before getting the tram back.
