The aquarium itself was nice. Beautiful interior and amazing playground for kids. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with a young cashier. We went there spontaneously, not knowing the prices. Well, we paid 20€ per adult and 15 per child. Our son is under 2 years old, afterwards we were wondering why he has to pay that much. We checked the website and there was the note, that kids under 2 years have free entry. We went back but the answer was: we should have said this. Its our fault and we don’t get the money back. Additionally she referred to a note in Polish at the desk, that everything is explained there. I mean, everything inside the aquarium is written in English and German, but this note not. When I said, I can not speak this language, she said: „You are in Poland, welcome to Poland“. This is no customer friendly, such an unpolite and arrogant person I never met in my life! I wanted to talk to the boss and he gave us the money back, even her colleague at the entry door apologized for her. If it would have cost a few euros, I wouldn’t said sth. Well, watch out tourists, if she is not in mood, you have to pay more and it’s only your fault.
