Me and my family of 9 have had many great experiences here this has been are go to for beach activities we've rented a jet ski about 7 times between everyone on different occasions. absolutely great staff always helpful and friendly my daughter was freezing and wet on the first time and a staff member offered her towel to my daughter so they go above ad beyond. Also we had 6 of us go out on the parasailing in doubles and it was just as good and the jet ski also we purchased pictures every time one time they sent us the same photos twice we explained and they sorted it out and sent the correct photos so very pleased

We had a fantastic time parasailing - it was great fun, and the boat crew were absolutely lovely: professional, friendly, and made us feel safe and welcome.

However, the staff on the beach didn’t offer the same warmth. While they weren’t rude, they came across as disinterested and lacking enthusiasm, which slightly took away from the experience.

I had asked if we could arrive 15 minutes early to pay, but was told to come 30 minutes early instead. That didn’t seem necessary, as the debit card payment took just a few minutes - which meant standing around in the hot sun for half an hour before the activity began.

A experiência com o jet ski na Galé foi, no geral, bastante agradável. O passeio em si superou as expectativas, o mar estava incrível, a adrenalina foi ótima, e o Pedro e o Matheus foram impecáveis no atendimento. Simpáticos, prestativos e ainda tiraram fotos incríveis que decidimos comprar no final. A atendente Bianca também merece destaque: foi extremamente gentil, educada e tornou o início da experiência mais leve e acolhedor.

No entanto, não posso deixar de registrar um ponto muito negativo no atendimento prestado pela funcionária Filipa. Ao chegar, comentei casualmente que seria legal poder gravar vídeos durante o passeio, já ciente de que não era permitido, mas apenas verbalizando um pensamento. A resposta dela foi ríspida, desnecessariamente grosseira: “As regras são essas, se quiser vai, se não quiser não vai.” Tudo isso depois de já termos pago pelo serviço. Além do tom agressivo, a postura dela foi marcada por expressões de desdém e completa falta de profissionalismo.

Sinceramente, uma pessoa que não tem vontade de trabalhar, que atende os clientes com desprezo e arrogância, deveria repensar se está no lugar certo. Fica o meu apelo à gerência: uma única funcionária pode comprometer toda a imagem de uma empresa e foi isso que a Filipa quase conseguiu fazer aqui.

Felizmente, escolhi seguir com o atendimento da Bianca, e o restante da equipe salvou a experiência. Mas deixo este review como alerta para futuros visitantes e como um chamado à gestão para que atitudes como essa não sejam...
