I purchased a massage gun, but upon opening the box at home, I discovered that both the charger and the massage head were missing. The product was handed to me by a salesperson, so I did not check the contents at the time of purchase.

The following morning, I returned to the store to address the issue. Unfortunately, I was met with rude behavior from the customer care staff, who questioned why I had not inspected the product beforehand. I explained that the salesperson recommended the product, so I assumed that the product was complete. He refused to assist me further citing that I did not have the original invoice.

The item includes a barcode and the store's name, which should have allowed for verification through my credit card details. Despite traveling a considerable distance from Aziziya to Old Airport to resolve this issue, my concerns were not addressed.
