I have visited TISA Spa in Sept 2016 in an off peak Monday morning expecting to take benefit of the toboggans on a less crowded environment.
I was very badly surprised to find out that all the toboggans were marked "out of service" including the children ones. At some point one the employee showed up and removed the signs on two of them and allowed us to use them for 10 min afterwards sealing the off again behind the "out of service" sign. When asked he replied without any remorse literally that "the toboggans took a break and will run again in 30 min of so", apparently the toboggans are some sort of a lazy employees that enjoy a long smoking break every half an hour of so.

Read moreThe main pool gets very busy during weekends. At the first floor there are the slides for children- many use them but the majority of parents keep the children with them in the main pool. There is another adult pool at the first floor, for swimming but that was only accessible during weekends. The bubbles sun beds and chairs inside the main pool are not functioning properly- only 3-4 of the chairs. The windows were quite dirty, not properly washed. The wellness area is at the second floor accessible with a bracelet- the saunas are nice; the wellness showers were not working. There are heated stone chairs around the second floor where you can relax. There are sun beds outside on the terrace on the first floor and at the second floor some chairs to sit and relax. There is no bar inside the wellness area, only a bistro at the first floor but you are not allowed to carry anything glass or cans inside the pool area or wellness one. Overall we had a nice experience mostly because the saunas which are only open during weekends but the fact that they didn’t had all facilities properly working...
