The hotel is situated near the high traffic avrnue. There are few other hotels around. The building of the hotel is modern. We stayed 4 nights there and had a room with twin beds. All such rooms are on first floor so if you'd like higher location you have to book double room. Our room was classical ibis room. There were small fridge, safe-box and set of slippers. The rooms with odd number have window to the construction area, other - to Moskovskiy av. Nevertheless all construction works...

The bed is very narrow and the quality of sleep is not very good. Worst of all, I was forced to accept the administrative error of hotels, at the time of registration, I have already paid 11370 rubles. But when I was checking out, the staff told me that I still have to pay 360 rubles (because I ordered on the website, the cost on the website was 11,730 rubles). These are the hotel's own mistakes. They did not check carefully the amount. During check-out, I was not informed of the reason...

Отдых сентябрь 2024г. Расположение отеля хорошее (не смотря на дороги и наличие рядом моста-дороги место спокойное и не шумное), рядом набережная, в шаговой доступности (буквально в шаговой) музей мирового океана, чуть подальше но тоже пешим ходом по набережной Остров Канта, кого интересует через дорогу продуктовый магазин, в самом отеле ресторан и в соседнем отеле два ресторана и пекарня. Персонал на ресепшене вежливый, необходимые вопросы решали. Понравилось безопасность в плане доступа...
