Yes, when the say know touching and no flashes on Ethiopian section of the museum on the 4th floor .... That means NO and NO and NO. Trust me you don't wanna mess with them, it's not the best thing I'd advise you to do there ... I've seen the security staff dealing with people messing around and you don't wanna be one of those.
