The experience was disappointing. It was my first time and definitely the last. First, it’s over priced for this small area, the options are very limited, not suitable for older children because it’s boring. Second, they are not welcoming, even the bracelet they asked me to place it for my child by myself. Third, they are super greedy, they asked to buy the socks despite that we have the anti slide socks, according to them it should be from the same place although the most important thing should be child safety not to slip rather than just a business to sell more socks even the size was too small for my child, Plus when the time is up they called us to pick our child sharp ! I took 10 minutes to reach and I found my child waiting outside and this is not safe at all ! I planned the birthday of my daughter at Hello Park and it was an amazing and magical birthday. First, the place itself is a whole new experience for the kids, even the parents enjoyed the games and we could see the dads enjoying their time challenging each others to score high in some games. Second, the staff was amazing. Rayan helped us a lot even before the birthday party day, and she made sure every kid is well monitored and really happy with their happy meals she ordered for the kids based on their tastes. Third, at the time of the birthday song and cake, Rayan helped us having an amazing experience while waiting the cake.
