Executive Suites — Hotel in Al Maathar Municipality

I stayed here in a standard double room without breakfast for four nights from 15th September paying 1587 Riyals or about £375 for the total stay.|The man who checked me in was very polite and friendly. However, after I unpacked my clothes and went to the bathroom and saw that the shower had the middle part of the door missing, meaning that when I took a shower the water sprayed onto the bathroom floor. I didn't bother to complain as I doubted they would repair it. The previous room I was shown was not as good, so I stayed where I was.||The wardrobe was old and had no safety box but housekeeping brought a safe up to my room. ||There was constant noise from a generator on the outside of the building and also the sound of water draining away from either above my ceiling or next door.||I was pretty disappointed with my stay for the roughly £95 a night that I paid. For an extra £30-£50 I'm sure that people can get something far better, perhaps including breakfast. I did buy breakfast on three occasions, and was reasonable value for 30 Riyals. ||If I ever return to Riyadh I will not stay at this place and I suggest that people...

Stayed for one night and I WON’ T be going back 😊 Overall, place looks good with spacious rooms. I was, however, not impressed with the room I got as I had to wait 20 minutes to get it cleaned before checking in, and when they were finally done cleaning I was met with a perfume smell so strong that I couldn’t breathe😮‍💨 I guess that was to mask the overall unpleasant smell their rooms have. After complaining about the perfume smell, they checked me into another room, but it had an oldish, cigarette, dusty, chemical-ish type of smell-no fresh air whatsoever … really can’t describe it. Executive suites is good for short time stay ! Best thing about this hotel is swimming pool and gym. So if you are fitness freak this is the right hotel for you . Little over priced compared to other hotel around. Staffs are polite ,but at the time of check out they will literally stand at the door to kick you out. Breakfast is served in your room with limited options. Egg ,foul, cheese,khabus and tea. Rooms are fitted with Refrigerator, no cooking option available.
