Snowy Forest — Attraction in Al Maathar Municipality

It’s rubbish, it’s a huge effort to even get the woman on the desk to let you pay as she has to move to get another card machine, after 20 minutes she was asleep at the back of the play area, an absolute joke of a soft play, looked hungover.it stinks once you are in there, it’s 99 sar to get in then they want extra money for the adult to enter, you also have to buy there own socks which we refused and had our own grippy socks but they said no, we still refused and some as we wanted. Climbing wall is never open, do not bother going, the best bit about it is the part when you leave...

Disappointed with the overall experience. Had to pay full entrance price for my 11 month old baby, even though I had been told by a previous employee that under 1s are free. I brought my own socks that I’d bought previously from another play area, but it wasn’t allowed… you have to specifically buy their socks for 25 SAR each. Inside, the play area looked like it wasn’t being cleaned regularly. There was long pieces of hair stuck to the balls in the ball pit and lots of crumbs and dirt down the grooves...

Terrible place. Super unfriendly staff. I always have good quality sticky socks for me and my child whenever we go to the playgrounds and all playgrounds in Riyadh are fine with that. But here they told me that I must buy new sticky socks from them because our sticky socks are not ok, we have to buy theirs. Really? I have to take off my good sticky socks and change it to their bad quality sticky socks. What is wrong with your guys? Staff has 0 interest...
