One of the finest cafes in town for their quality as well as affordability & prices.

Service (7/10): Although the cafe has laid out well designated floor signs to maintain social distancing measures, the service was slightly slow to manage the crowd, however it was due to the excess online orders recieved by them. You can order online through the half million app and pick it up from the restaurant as well which may be a faster means in a crowded setting.

Ambience (8/10): The ambience is refreshing and rejuvenating as the lighting was well set. The interior has been kept really simple and to the point as no extra decoration has been done unnecessarily.

Drinks (9/10): The most attractive feature of Half million is the quality of the drinks with respect to the prices they have set which is really impressive even after it has gained an enormous popularity amongst the masses. I have now had coffee from this 1/2 M since more than a year now but the quality has not differed at all.

Drinks ordered: 1/2 M Signature (Hot) : A sweet tasting original flavour from 1/2 M themselves. 1/2 M Signature (Cold) : A slightly different tasting cold latte due to their self-brewed flavour with a burst of coffee (bitter) as well as the milk (sweet) flavour set in two layers as per the pic.

Budget : 24-40 SAR for two people.

cozy interior has 2 floors with comfortable seating suitable for studying there is also an outdoor seating area as pictured. prices are extremely appropriate!!

i ordered their iced signature, but was disappointed as it didn’t really have a taste at all. it was very watered down for some reason, with no eminent coffee taste. i asked them to make it sweeter in an attempt to fix it, which they did for me; but still, i would give it a 2/5. however, i would come again to give it another chance, as i know 1/2 M was awarded by TimeOut Riyadh for being one of the best coffee shops.

what surprised us was the hot chocolate!! hands down one of the best💯 my little brother drank a large cup and was still slurping every last drop he could when he got to the end!!

i’ve seen reviews stating that it is cold inside, however we did not sit long enough to notice this🤷🏻‍♀️

also many of the photos appear to be outdated so hopefully my pictures do the new renovation justice🙏🏼
